Personalized gloves CANNOT be returned. If the plastic is removed off of the gloves, gloves are dirty/used, or show any other signs of tampering, they will NOT be eligible for a return/exchange. Please try on your gloves to make sure they are the proper size and fit before removing plastic. If you have any questions regarding our policy, please contact us.

1. Make sure you know and order your correct glove size in United GoalkeepingUSA gloves.

2. Be very specific of what you would like on your gloves. After the gloves are made we are unable to change them.

Remember each glove can be different. Type exactly what you want on your glove(s).

The way you write it will be the same way it will be on your gloves.

3. Your gloves can have 15 letters/characters or less (per glove).

4. The more letters/numbers you add on the gloves, the smaller your font will be.

Because of your personalization on the gloves, please allow between 2-4 additional business days for the creation of you personalized gloves.

Here's how it works: Roll the Airloop inside of itself by guiding the pointed end through to top of the hole, like you would a belt. Make sure Airloop logo is faceing out. Squeeze the Airloop together until it is small enough to insert into middle of glove or mitts. Realease Airloop, which will expand inside of gloves, keeping them open increasing airflow helping  prevent unwanted odor and mildew. Newer gloves, keep Airloops  inside the front cuff area. As gloves break in, you can put Airloops further into gloves cavity as needed to keep gloves fully expanded.  (WORKS BEST WITH NEW​ GLOVES)
